Scheduling Software

Scheduling problems are rarely just calendar problems. Many businesses need to juggle capacity, staff, job movement, changing priorities and operational constraints that generic scheduling tools do not handle well. EasyWorks builds scheduling software around those realities.

That can include production scheduling, job planning, workflow visibility, drag-and-drop changes, hours-based capacity logic or other focused scheduling needs specific to the business. The right system depends on what is actually happening on the ground.

EasyWorks is particularly suited to businesses that know their current scheduling process is inefficient but do not want to pay for an oversized enterprise platform.

A better fit than forcing work into a calendar

If your scheduling process involves reshuffling work, balancing capacity or managing multiple moving parts, a custom system may handle the business more naturally than a generic calendar product.

  • Job, team or capacity-based scheduling
  • Practical tools for changing workloads and shifting priorities
  • Systems sized to real business complexity rather than enterprise overhead

Why EasyWorks

Scheduling software built around the work itself

EasyWorks can build scheduling tools that match how the business plans and adjusts work in practice, not just how software vendors think scheduling should look.

Business Experience First

Good software starts with understanding how a business actually works.

Website

Independent Builders Gippsland

Independent Builders Gippsland had an outdated website that was difficult for the client to manage. Updating content meant relying on the website host, and they wanted more control over keeping the site current. They also wanted a dedicated "Latest from IBN" area for sharing Facebook content directly on the website, plus a simple way to add completed projects to a growing gallery.

Website + Catalogue

Batteryland Bairnsdale

Batteryland Bairnsdale had very little online presence beyond a basic placeholder-style website. A major challenge was that many people associated the business only with batteries, when in reality they stock a much broader range of products. The business needed a better way to showcase that range, display current pricing and specials, and make it easy for customers to act on what they found.

Custom Manufacturing Scheduler

LEGG Windows & Doors

LEGG Windows & Doors had been trying to manage production scheduling with calendar-style software that was never really designed for manufacturing. General calendar tools could show dates and appointments, but they could not properly manage production capacity, changing workloads or the realities of moving jobs and staff throughout the day. Purpose-built manufacturing schedulers were available, but they were far too expensive and complex for a small to medium-sized manufacturer.
