Workflow Automation

Workflow automation is most valuable when it removes real friction. If staff are repeatedly copying information, chasing the same admin steps or bridging gaps between systems by hand, there is usually an opportunity to make the process cleaner.

EasyWorks approaches automation practically. That may involve connecting systems, creating focused internal tools, simplifying approvals or reducing duplicated data entry. The aim is to make work easier and more reliable, not to automate everything indiscriminately.

Automation can stand alone or be part of a broader website, app or custom software project depending on where the biggest business benefit sits.

Useful where repetitive work keeps reappearing

Automation is often worthwhile when the business already knows which steps feel tedious, slow or error-prone. That is usually the right place to start rather than chasing automation for its own sake.

  • Reduce repeated admin and duplicated data entry
  • Connect systems or information flows more cleanly
  • Improve visibility into what is happening and what is next

Website

Independent Builders Gippsland

Independent Builders Gippsland had an outdated website that was difficult for the client to manage. Updating content meant relying on the website host, and they wanted more control over keeping the site current. They also wanted a dedicated "Latest from IBN" area for sharing Facebook content directly on the website, plus a simple way to add completed projects to a growing gallery.

Website + Catalogue

Batteryland Bairnsdale

Batteryland Bairnsdale had very little online presence beyond a basic placeholder-style website. A major challenge was that many people associated the business only with batteries, when in reality they stock a much broader range of products. The business needed a better way to showcase that range, display current pricing and specials, and make it easy for customers to act on what they found.

Custom Manufacturing Scheduler

LEGG Windows & Doors

LEGG Windows & Doors had been trying to manage production scheduling with calendar-style software that was never really designed for manufacturing. General calendar tools could show dates and appointments, but they could not properly manage production capacity, changing workloads or the realities of moving jobs and staff throughout the day. Purpose-built manufacturing schedulers were available, but they were far too expensive and complex for a small to medium-sized manufacturer.
