The problem: Independent Builders Gippsland had an outdated website that was difficult for the client to manage herself. Updating content meant relying on the website host, and she wanted more control over keeping the site current. She also wanted a dedicated “Latest from IBN” area for sharing Facebook content directly on the website, plus a simple way to add completed projects to a growing gallery.

What EasyWorks built: EasyWorks redesigned the website with a modern structure and an easy-to-manage content system, giving the client control over day-to-day updates without needing technical assistance. We created the dedicated “Latest from IBN” social wall, made it simple to link Facebook posts into the site, and added a client-managed project gallery for showcasing completed work. The redevelopment also included improvements to the site’s SEO structure and search visibility.

Outcome: IBN now has a modern website that the client can keep fresh and relevant herself. New content, social updates and finished projects can be added as the business evolves, while the improved SEO foundation helps more potential customers discover the business online.

We also built an admin portal so the business can quickly update prices, add new products and keep the catalogue current without needing technical support. Clear calls to action throughout the site allow customers to enquire about or reserve products directly from the relevant product page.

Outcome: Batteryland now has a website that works as a genuine sales and product showcase rather than a simple online listing. Customers can see far more of what the business actually offers, browse current products and specials, and make contact directly from the product they are interested in. At the same time, the team can keep the catalogue accurate and up to date themselves.

The problem: LEGG Windows & Doors had been trying to manage production scheduling with calendar-style software that was never really designed for manufacturing. General calendar tools could show dates and appointments, but they could not properly manage production capacity, changing workloads or the realities of moving jobs and staff throughout the day. Purpose-built manufacturing schedulers were available, but they were far too expensive and complex for a small to medium-sized manufacturer.

What EasyWorks built: EasyWorks built a custom production scheduler around the way LEGG actually operates. Jobs can be moved quickly using fluid drag-and-drop controls, with the schedule automatically recalculating and reshuffling work as changes are made. Production capacity is planned using available working hours, making it easier to see what can realistically be completed across different days and work areas. Settings allow available hours to be adjusted, while staff changes can be handled quickly when someone is sick, unavailable or moved to another area.

Outcome: LEGG now has a practical manufacturing scheduler designed specifically for the size and complexity of the business, without the cost and unnecessary features of a large enterprise system. Production changes can be made in seconds, available capacity remains clear, and the team can respond quickly when jobs, workloads or staffing change throughout the day.
