Websites with custom business tools

When a standard business website is not enough, EasyWorks can build custom tools into the website experience so the site becomes more useful to the business itself.

Websites

Apps

Custom web apps and business tools that make information easier to access, manage and use across your team.

Hosting & Support

Reliable hosting, maintenance and ongoing support so your website or system keeps working as your business changes.

Website with Custom Tools

Some websites need to do more than present information. They also need to support the business behind them. EasyWorks can build websites with custom business tools where that creates a genuine practical benefit, rather than adding features for the sake of it.

That might mean internal admin features, customer-facing information tools, simple workflow support, product management capability or tailored content systems that suit how the business operates. The public-facing website still matters, but it becomes part of a more useful overall solution.

This approach is a good fit for businesses that want one platform to handle both presentation and practical day-to-day needs.

When custom tools inside the website make sense

If staff regularly jump between a public website and separate manual processes, there may be an opportunity to simplify things. A custom tool does not need to be huge to be worthwhile.

  • Content tools or admin areas built around your workflow
  • Customer or staff functionality linked to the public website
  • A cleaner path between enquiry, information and action

Website

Independent Builders Gippsland

Independent Builders Gippsland had an outdated website that was difficult for the client to manage. Updating content meant relying on the website host, and they wanted more control over keeping the site current. They also wanted a dedicated "Latest from IBN" area for sharing Facebook content directly on the website, plus a simple way to add completed projects to a growing gallery.

Website + Catalogue

Batteryland Bairnsdale

Batteryland Bairnsdale had very little online presence beyond a basic placeholder-style website. A major challenge was that many people associated the business only with batteries, when in reality they stock a much broader range of products. The business needed a better way to showcase that range, display current pricing and specials, and make it easy for customers to act on what they found.

Custom Manufacturing Scheduler

LEGG Windows & Doors

LEGG Windows & Doors had been trying to manage production scheduling with calendar-style software that was never really designed for manufacturing. General calendar tools could show dates and appointments, but they could not properly manage production capacity, changing workloads or the realities of moving jobs and staff throughout the day. Purpose-built manufacturing schedulers were available, but they were far too expensive and complex for a small to medium-sized manufacturer.
