Hospitality Website

Hospitality websites need to help people decide quickly. Whether someone is checking a menu, looking for venue information, browsing accommodation details or reviewing an event page, the experience should feel clear, current and easy to use on any device.

EasyWorks builds hospitality websites around the kind of information customers actually need. That can include menus, image-led sections, opening details, event content, accommodation or service links, and content areas the business can update as things change.

Where a third-party booking platform already exists, the website can link to or integrate with it appropriately without turning custom booking software into the focus of the project.

Useful structure for hospitality content

The right hospitality website depends on the business. A cafe, restaurant, venue or accommodation operator may all need different emphasis, but they usually benefit from clear content management and strong presentation.

  • Menus, venue information and event content
  • Promotional sections that are easy to refresh
  • Links to existing booking or reservation systems where relevant

Website

Independent Builders Gippsland

Independent Builders Gippsland had an outdated website that was difficult for the client to manage. Updating content meant relying on the website host, and they wanted more control over keeping the site current. They also wanted a dedicated "Latest from IBN" area for sharing Facebook content directly on the website, plus a simple way to add completed projects to a growing gallery.

Website + Catalogue

Batteryland Bairnsdale

Batteryland Bairnsdale had very little online presence beyond a basic placeholder-style website. A major challenge was that many people associated the business only with batteries, when in reality they stock a much broader range of products. The business needed a better way to showcase that range, display current pricing and specials, and make it easy for customers to act on what they found.

Custom Manufacturing Scheduler

LEGG Windows & Doors

LEGG Windows & Doors had been trying to manage production scheduling with calendar-style software that was never really designed for manufacturing. General calendar tools could show dates and appointments, but they could not properly manage production capacity, changing workloads or the realities of moving jobs and staff throughout the day. Purpose-built manufacturing schedulers were available, but they were far too expensive and complex for a small to medium-sized manufacturer.
